In the first part of the curricula, you will first complete the seven basic modules to gain basic knowledge about sustainable procurement.
Afterwards, in curricula A we pay attention to the challenges of strategic purchasing in five specialization modules. The argumentation for sustainable procurement with the management in the context of a business case plays a major role here. You will also learn how to define the appropriate key figures and how to develop a sustainability program for procurement. You can support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) very well, so we present you some sustainable procurement measures specifically aligned to the SDGs. To successfully implement all these measures, intensive communication work is necessary so that not only your employees and superiors, but also internal stakeholders and suppliers are well informed and actively involved.
In the third part of the curriculum you choose three of the offered additional modules to further deepen your knowledge depending on your interests and topic prioritization.
After successful completion of the 15 modules of the curriculum, you will take part in the two-day attendance event at the IEDC Bled School of Management. You will then be able to exchange information more intensively with the other participants and trainers and prepare for your written submission as an examination paper. Once you have passed the examination, you will receive the international certificate of the IEDC "Certified Sustainable Procurement Professional" including 6 ECTS points which can be credited to further study programmes.
